Very nice! What's different in this build from Robb's?

Actually not a whole lot... just the cams, valvetrain, and the headwork.

This car is nuts. He has done a lot of bushing and suspension work as well. Hopefully my new runs with the catless downpipe will get close.

    It isn't really.

What are you trying to say? If that is god awful money...I would hate to think what you are thinking about my car...

Yes it is. Anytime you have to pull the motor to install something it's a lot. That's easily over $2000 to do with labor included for an already installed engine.

He got a motor build around the same time I did. I was just stating that there wasn't much of a difference between his build and mine. It isn't that much if the motor is already out. My heads had to be sent off as well so no real difference there other than the valves and cams.

Mike was responding to Dana's question about the difference between his build and mine. He didn't bring the car back in just for headwork...he brought it in for a motor build and did that at the same time.

I agree with you, if the engine is still in the car. Rob touched on this, but we did the cams, valvetrain, and headwork while the motor was already out for the build.

How about saying only positive statements or constructive criticism and if you can't then stay off the forum

^^I agree this is the internet and there will be lots of opinions but to take that shit personally is just retarded.

    EDIT:
Can we get the RPM rather than MPH on that dyno chart? I see myself with a DOM 1.5 in the future. :D

This is really cool. I'm sure it is going to be a lot of fun.

    Mike,

Thanks for starting the thread! I wrote one on iwsti.com as well.

I couldn't be happier with the car. The crew at Top Speed is top notch. The engine is so smooth, and it's a blast to drive!

Even though this thread is about my car, I didn't start it. However, I wanted to add some updates.

I recently installed a Stoptech ST-40 front BBK, black calipers, slotted rotors. The rear kit is on the way.

I switched to a Tial Q BOV a few weeks ago.

Added the JPM Coachworks shift boot and e-brake boot.

I'll get more pictures up soon!
