Not hard. Sub frame has to be dropped a couple of inches

Might as well upgrade your sway bar while you are in there. If you dont really care for that just replace with oem parts.

i've done this before without dropping the subframe. It's really tight and a PITA, but it's doable

this would be if i thought the body was rolling too much for me?

yes it would be if you thought during a curve you don't want body roll. I finally read the best way to explain how a sway bar works.. basically take a staple not crushed/folded. Twist the staple and see how easy it is to twist. now grab a paper clip and unfold it and make it at straight as possible. leaving the ends of the paper clip turned down the same way. try twisting the paper clip and you'll notice it's not that easy to twist. that's really all a sway bar does is keep the frame and body from twisting. increase that with stiffer bushings and your making the twisting even harder. thus letting the car stay flat into and out of turns.

but thats roll only. no yaw, or pitch effected, right?

There should definitely be a stiffer feel when you're driving around. Especially if you take a corner a little hard.

perrin just told me not to replace the front bar alone or it would increase understeer.

i think i just need some OEM bushings in that case.

  16. I would start with a rear bar first.
