Gun Guru's...which EOtech do I have?

    Not exactly sure of the exact model and there isn't a model # on it. From what I'm reading it should be an xps2 but why would it have the "NV" button if the xps2 doesn't have NV?

    One of the xps units.....could be a xps2or xps3

    ^^LOL...I finally gave up! I don't think its the xps3 because the buttons are on the back. I just don't understand the night vision button shouldn't have NV on it since xps2 don't do NV. Anyways I got a smoking deal just don't know if it will work well on my ar pistol.

    the only difference between xps 2 and xps 3 is one is night vision capable. The exps series has the buttons on the sides.

    DUH....that is a XPS3....it has the NV button clearly in the top pic.

    even better but not sure it will be useful on my AR pistol.

    haha, I'm sure i'll end up with more suitable application eventually. I do have a quick detach 3 or 4x magnifier that flips to the side and keeps the square orientation I'd let go real cheap

    It may be counterfeit, have seen quite a few of those. Might have been what goixiz was leading too.

    I'd may be interested in that if the OP isn't. Just bought a Sig 716 (AR10 type) that I need either a scope or red dot for....
