I just purchased a 2004 WRX wagon and I'm looking to make a few mods before putting her on a dyno. I'm looking to get the Blitz Nur Spec R exhaust pipe, Borla headers, and a new intake for the turbo. Before I do all of this, I want to know when during the modding process I should take it to be tuned, and then, where I should go in the Atlanta area to get it done.

    Much thanks. Such appreciation. Wow.

We have a few vendors on the site who can handle that for you.

All Pro is good for work. QED tuning is a nice option as well. They're adjacent to All Pro.

TopSpeed is nearby and can do all that work as well...fair warning, they're a good bit busier...and more expensive than the other 2.

There's another shop in south Atlanta (quite a haul for you from Ball Ground), but they're not a paying vendor on the site yet. I'm sure they'll appreciate your business, but we try to only support the ones who fully support the site. :)

To be fair and honest, it's not totally they're fault they're not a vendor on here. We've been slacking in getting his status taken care of. If he's still interested, that is.

Allpro seems like the best option since I work in Alpharetta. Thanks for the help!

You can also contact Steve @ Pullz-On Tuning, as he does opensource tunes and works occasionally with the Cobb AP. Great guy, willing to help when needed! Did a fantastic tune on my car. I'm sure others on this forum can vouch for Steve!

P.S. AllPro does amazing work as well!

I can vouch for Steve from Pullz-on Tuning. He's done a few tunes for me along the way and he's been excellent to deal with. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for another tune. He even drove 2+ hours up to Canton to tune my car after I strapped on a new turbo and FMIC.

Thanks KGraska. I'm going to have to check all of these places out. And we'll have to hit up Bluffs Parkway one of these days

Love that road....I actually used that road to convince my buddy to sell his Mustang and get a WRX Wagon. Let him take a couple roundabouts at full speed and he was convinced.

Hit me up if you need any help with your car, I'm pretty close to you up there and I've got plenty of tools and garage space.

Also, to answer another part of your question, you won't need a tune for the exhaust but will for the intake. Not sure about headers. If you are tuning with the Cobb AP, the off the shelf tune should work until you get it all pieced together.

Awesome. When I get my new exhaust pipe and, hopefully, headers I'll swing on by.
