wiring for the 3rd brake light on STI wing to wrx trunk

    I am clueless when it comes to wiring...can somebody help?

    The white wires are for the sti wing brake light and you can see the wrx brake light wires have been cut :-(

    Peel back both wires then get some one to press the breaks and then just keep touching them until you find out which Is positive and which is negative then just Solder and tape them up so they don't touch each other

    its a light bulb, shouldn't matter which it which.

    reverse current in a bulb it'll still light up

    Oo thanks guys. I will try it in a little bit.

    Does this mean i have to delete the 3rd brake light in the back seats? I mean is it illegal to havr 4th brake light? Lol and if I have to delete, is it easyt o disconnect?

    Lol nice.i ran the one break light in the car and never got stopped for it.the break light is just 2 blots and a plug but there going to be a big hole behind your seats.

    oo I think I am just going to leave it. I remembered that even with my WRX wing, I had like 4 brake lights..and that was stock.

    I guess 4 is better than 2 lol

    4 BRAKE lights are fine. :)
