Is graphite grey and matte gunmetal the same color?

I'm not 100% sure but my guess is there is a slight difference.

hmmmm...my brand new wheels got stained while at the dealership and they could not get it out, so they have sent them to be "repainted". Not sure they are going to get the color right...so now, I am trying to figure out what to do.

yes. i went to pick it up last week, but a tire was flat...so they still have it. when i saw it, the color did not look the same as they came (less than a month ago).

who did they send them to? They should be powdercoated, not painted.

They don't know. Tried to buff it out with no luck so they sent them to paint :|

Could have had some caustic spill (read that as careless mistake).

So are they back from paint? How'd they turn out?

They don't look the same...so they are now in the process of ordering me some new ones...which is great...problem is...no one has them! :eek3:

Thanks. I have been calling around some places, but it seems like everyone is on back order. Trying to get in touch with the dealership to see where we are at...I just want me car back...haven't had it for a bout a month now...:wtc:

No tires on the old rims...so they would have to swap them. Last time the tires were removed (for paint) one of the beads was broken resulting in a flat tire by the time I got there to pick up the car. (That was one of MANY trips). As much as I want my car back...I want it back in working order with no more issues. I am tired of wasting my time driving there to find that something is wrong, and turn right back around.
