check AC/ALT/PS belts (2) and the AC idler pulley. 99.9% of the time this case is the ALT belt but the AC belt will need to be changed as well.

As long as you have the P0420 turned off in the ECU (if you are catless/high flow catted) then yes. Foulers dont always work either.
The straight up DOT 5 stuff is not compatible with anything that I know of.
Negative. None of the monitors will show as 'ready/pass' and by the time the O2 sensor monitors run you will likely already have the slow response...
Motul DOT 5.1 is compatible with all DOT 3 and DOT 4 fluids. I've never seen that gel before...but I know that RBF600/660 doesnt get along well...
If you O2 sensor is throwing a SLOW RESPONSE code, its a REAL PROBLEM and you need to replace the sensor ASAP. Plus a UTEC cannot delete the code...
