Be careful gasket matching the bottom of the tgvs to the head. Unless you are going to port the heads to match the gasket too you may end up...
If the turbo is bad then I would certainly consider upgrading since you are going through all the work to remove it.
You have to fix the heads before you change the turbo. This is a dyno chart of the last 3 turbos on my car. No matter what I did they all...
