02 Sensor

    my yellow light came on again this time due to :-
    obdII [alpha] p code
    p0420
    any1 know what i should type in ebay to get that little part that goes on the 02 sensor in middle to my downpipe..?

    Like the spark plug defouler you can find in the 'help' section of Advance.

    yeah it's you o2 sensor in your downpipe....like they said, you need a mechanical fix....they have them on ebay or any auto parts store....I got mine on ebay but that's cause I'm an ebay slut:keke: ...when you upgraded you downpipe it usually sets off your sensor...surprised it took this long to happen...

    btw: for 05's since they dont have the CEL fix yet, should i get the Perrin o2 fixer thing you splice into the ecu harness?

    The extender piece works fine on the 05.

    It should only cost you like $2-3 at any auto parts store... you just need to do little drilling! ;)

    Perrin CEL Fix <<< does this thing work? it cost abt 65.00

    When you buy the spark plug fouler from auto parts store, you need to drill it to make the hole bigger to fit the o2 sensor in there... It basically backs out the o2 sensor using the spark plug fouler as a spacer so it doesn't throw a CEL

    Gruppe-S has a CEL fix ($13 Shipped), I had one but just sold it to somebody because I got AP instead.
