Don't know one off the top of my head, but word of advice.. if you need one that's truly switched, make sure it doesn't switch off when cranking! I had a hard time finding a good source for my electric gauges since they zero themselves when turned on, and if I used a 12V 'switched' source that cut off while the engine cranked they went all wonky.
