2: Duluth, Sugarloaf

    First, 04-05 Silver STi turning on to Old Norcross from Pleasanthill. Looked to be stock, and no tint.

    Second, 06-07 WRB STi turning left on to Sugarloaf Pkwy from Meadow Church Rd.

    Both between 7:30PM to 8:00PM.

    I saw the first guy as well near my house. All stock no tint.
