Has anyone else with an uppipe CEL fix on an 04 had a problem getting it to hold? I have the 2.2kohm resistor in (yes, I'm sure it's the right one)... and after a few days the CEL comes on. I can clear it and a few days later it comes on again. Am I alone in this or is it common? Thanks guys!
Are you positive its an EGT code and not for something else. If it is, maybe check your connections. I actually cut the harness and soldered the resistor in to make sure the connection was good.
I haven't had time to check this code, but the last 3 were the same one for the uppipe. I may just have to solder it in line i guess...
