"Airborne" doesn't work!

    well it does have vitamin c. and vitamin c is not a bad thing to have. although i get 1000% of the daily required amount from the multivitamin i take anyways.

    exactly...and it's overpriced for just delivering vitamin c in an effervescent.

    you know.. they just found out that vit E( large doses) taken over long periods triples your chances of getting lung cancer... so taking 1000% of alot of thease vits might not be good in the long run

    it always annoyed me that they plastered the box with "CREATED BY A SCHOOL TEACHER!' we get it already!

    apparently school teachers aren't the best at creating cold remedies that work :keke:

    Regularly taking high percentages of vitamin C are bad. Your body will build up immunity to it and you will develop scurvy if you drop back down to regular levels.
