Anybody know why every time I try to open my door with my key, my alarm goes off? It is very very annoying and I don't know how to disable the feature.

Get a better alarm, the stock alarm system if I am not mistaken is pretty simple. Has a shock sensor, Door ajar sensor, and trunk sensor. It doesnt know the difference from a slim-jim and a key. Im sure you could figure out the door ajar sensor, but might as well disconnect the whole thing.

The way around it is to lock your door with the key if you are going to open it with the key. Or manual lock the door if it is ajar. If you need to lock all the doors without a remote, use the power lock before you open the door, unlock the drivers door manually, then lock the door with the switch and not the power lock button. My car didn't come with a remote, so I learned a few of the tricks. Ghost hooked me up with a viper 5901, and it is great. Hope that helps a little.
