Ok guys, I'm in the process of looking for another roommate again. I OWN my condo in Marietta. It's a 2 br, 2.5 bath townhome style condo off Powers Ferry. My current roomie (hoppe) is getting ready to move into a house. I want/NEED to sell this place, but in the interim, I need a roommate so that I can help get it ready for sale. Quite a few members have been here for parties/xbox nights that I've hosted. It's convenient to EVERYTHING. 5 minutes from Dobbins/Lockheed, 15 minutes to downtown. 10 minutes to Kennesaw and Perimeter. Please let me know if you are interested! Thanks everyone!

oh yeah....sorry. rent is 650/month. That's for everything. rent/power/water/wireless internet/cable/etc... as far as selling it, after I get some stuff in it fixed, I'll be looking for about 112k. Cobb County recently appraised it at 115k

well so far I've had 2 responses....both of which stated they were from London England, but had the WORST engrish grammar I've ever seen. From what I've gathered, they are Nigerian scammers.
