anyone heard of tixnix?

i called them up for my last ticket, the attourney called me back with some information on what he could do to get my ticket lowered, but since his fee was 200 dollars, it was more than the cost of the ticket so i said no thanks... it'd be a good idea if you had a reckless endangerment ticket or something like that.
