im lookin into an apartment with a couple friends and i want the best for cheap i can get. Im looking into near athens or in athens. anyone have any good recomendations?? also whats the best thing to do with getting an apartment?
Find a nice place and keep an open mind. My girlfriend's old loft/apartment complex looked very run down on the outside but was very spacious on the inside. Look for specials and see if you can renegotiate the lease prices. You might want to look at townhouses too.
right now is a good time to find a place also, i remember most apartments near a campus will have some killer deals first of January for those renting off season.
