ATF question

    there's 2 filters on 4eat. one in pan, one screw on.

    The recommended service sched isn't terribly clear.

    When do I change them?

    SUBARU says never.

    I call bullshit.

    Change the spin on filter with the FHI filter every 15k. Its like $38 or something.

    As for the internal screen, its the same service internal as your oil pump sump screen, NEVER.

    ...okay.

    changed the filter and did a quick drain and fill...


    ...then saw the big tear in the passenger side boot. :(
