I'm in love, can anybody tell me where I can get this hood. The only place I can find is Burn-Up.?.jp. I would order from them but the whole site is in Japanese and I can't read it.

This is not a drop in vent. This is it looking from the cockpit. It is not at all like the drop-in's. I don't think that heat soak would be much of an issue.

Ah, my favorite. Jason I looked up through my sources and we can get burnout parts. I'll have some prices by the weekend.

    Cheers :bigthumb:

i always wondered about those vents(i think) what happens when it rains??? I think it's right above alternator where water shouldn't go....

I think if it was just a big gapeing (?) hole there it would run right onto the alternator, but because the vents are just in the front of the vent it would miss the alternator. Not 100% sure on that. Now also I tried translating the page yesterday. The translation came out poor as all hell, but I think it may be adjustable. I guess the question I have is, Alex, can you find out any detailed info for me from your source?

The vent, if memory serves me, is closable.

About $800 for the hood, but it also has to be imported from Japan. Alex is getting me a price. I think this wil be my next mod.
