Decided to try this last night, it turned out pretty damn well.

    You will need:
    Ground beef
    Worcestershire sauce
    Liquid smoke
    Kosher salt
    Fresh ground black pepper
    Blue cheese (I recommend Rosenborg)

Mix together ground beef with some worcestershire sauce (maybe 1/4 cup for a pound and a half if that much, up to you), a splash of liquid smoke, some kosher salt and pepper. Let sit in the fridge for an hour or so.

Form thin patties -- there are plenty of ways to do this. I like to use saran wrap and put a 'meatball' of the beef between two sheets and press down with something flat. Take some blue cheese (like a teaspoon's worth or so) and place in/around the center, leaving the edges clean. Put another patty on top and squish together a bit, making sure to seal the edge.

    Grill.

Result is a nice, tasty burger with gooey blue cheese goodness inside. :)
