Well it's time for tires.....again:wtc: I've been shopping around and so far the best I can get is 170/ea. Does anyone know of a good hook-up for tires?

I love the RE070's but I've heard good things about the RE01R too. Any idea's or suggestions?

IMO, your best option would be to get the new Dunlop Sport Z1 Star Spec. They are $129 each from TireRack in 225/45-17, and there is a $50 rebate on a set. I could call up the Gran Turismo East (770-455-0347), and they should be able to match TireRack's price.

I have heard that they are better than the RE-01R, and are definately cheaper.

Maybe look into Falken 615 at edgeracing.com? If you are going to daily these tires you don't "need" RE070. If you do need them, I would pony up just a small bit and go for Advan Neovas after reading the reviews.

what? where, man i need a deal like that

I just picked up a set of the Falken Azeni RT-615's, and I like them a lot so far.

I did have to stiffen up the coilovers a click or two because the sidewall is a little softer than the RE070, but the grip is great so far
