Blood mountain

    So I took the subby up blood mountain and realized a few things with it. Although the car is AWD it still needs some work done to it to make it really handle. I am going to have to get better tires and do some suspension work to it. I felt like I was pushing it to hard because the car would start to come loose in some of the corners. But overall I was pretty happy with how it performed.

    I was up there at Blood Mountain with my 97 Legacy GT back in November and had a blast.

    I'm working on getting a run organized for march or april if you're interested in going

    there is a small sect of guys on this site that go up that way almost on a weekly basis. chances are if you are up there you will see someone with a wrxatl sticker

    I didn't see any other enthusiast while I was at Blood Mountain last time.

    I'll have a date set by the end of the week. I don't want to be the only Subaru again lol.

    My last run was a decent turn out. Had about 10 cars....2 Miatas, 2 Supras, an RX7, a Speed 3, an Integra, and another BD Legacy....however the other Legacy left shortly after we got up there.

    we occasionally organize big runs once or twice a year up in that area. there is a group of us (members of another site) going to the dragon in two weeks.

    The run on Sunday was pretty good. I basically had the road to myself :) only saw a few bikes but that was about it.
