Bodies Exhibit Get Together

That would be cool to go to......Hmm when i drag the Subie up there might have to stop by and have a look see.

 

I've heard it was really good. Two of my roommates have seen it and both liked it. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make it.

I'm interested in going. I heard really good things from a friend of mine who just went to it. I already read about the process of plastisization <sp>. It's pretty interesting stuff.

 

Yeah, it's on till September..... My girlfriend doesn't really wanna go but she's agreed to it anyway........ Parents wanna go too...... looks veeerrrry interesting.....

so whos making the g2g plan on this, i would love to go this is sum major good stuff u get to know everything inside you, btw this is kinda different but they do show everything from the body tissue and how your body works in detail.. i mean this is sumthing u dont wanna miss for a long time..
i'm ready for a plan in june, or maybe sumtime in may what u guys think

 

It is really interesting....The longer you wait to go, the better IMHO, since crowds will decrease. $20 a head = ouch. We got through the exhibits in 1.5hrs.

My Uncle used to be a Funeral Director, so I have seen an autopsy done before, it was pretty interesting, but it can be pretty gross at times, especially when you split the cranium open....I know that the Bodies exhibit is a little different...

I have been told I am a scary kind of guy...LOL...I was in the Dental Field for 11 years in the AF and you should have seen some of the crazy stuff I saw when I was in...Most of my buddies were in the Medical field, so I used to hang around the ER alot just to learn...It is amazing what you can see on an X-Ray....LOL...

I was just browing the forum to see when the get together was.

 

aw, was looking forward to this, oh well, it's here all summer.

 

If you guys haven't been yet, you should go. It's really a pretty good exhibit. It's not for the faint-of-heart, though if you get squeamish easily. The dissections are absolutely amazing.

Awesome exhibit. Saw it in NYC. I was a lil uneasy around the one of the pregnant woman cut open. You could see the fetus in her womb.. yowsers..

Thats just a little taste of what there is to see. I am curious to goto the Atlanta one to see if its any different.
