Bushing Brands?

    I just purchased a 1997 Subaru Impreza Wagon. It needs some love, which at the moment, includes new outer lateral link bushings. The ones that are currently on the car need to go. The dealership wants to charge approx. $50.00 each and Subaru Genuine Parts wants to charge approx. $20.00 each.

    Are there any other recommended brands for this part? Is there a huge difference between getting rubber bushings and polyurethane bushings?

    You can buy a kit from boxer4racing that pretty much replaces every bushing. Let me see if I can find it.

    they still have it on the site. $150 for Front control arm bushings, rear sway bar bushings 20mm, end link bushings, rear trailing arm set and shifter bushings.
