calling computer gurus

    I have a very old laptop and like to know what kinda hardware it has on it.
    Processor, memory, hd space, CDrom speed etc.......
    Is there a software or onthe system i can get that printed out ?

    you can right click my computer and go to manage. on the window that pops up go to device manager and that should tell you what hardware is installed.

    Right click on my computer and go to properties for the CPU speed and memory.

    Go to device manager (the way JT described) for stuff like the video card type and CD info.

    Just open up my computer and click on "view" then "details" for hard drive information. Should display the size, and free space.
