so yesterday, I was doing a little heel and toe/double clutching, going down to 3rd gear. I pushed in the clutch and put it into neutral, then revved, but then somehow I forgot to push in the clutch again and just slipped the shifter into 3rd. It was weird, no grinding or anything, it was actually smoother than it normally feels with the clutch. so yeah, it was actually pretty cool, only wish I could do that on purpose.

yea did that on my del sol all the time because A. i was too lazy to clutch sometimes and B. didnt care bout that car so much. If you match the RPMs just right it will allow ya to do that but I woudlnt reccomend doing it a lot.

it's a good thing to know how to do incase your clutch ever just goes out. I've played with it a little on my car a while back from time to time, but not something I do anymore.

when you switch gears, you make sure that the flywheel rpm matches the clutch rpm
