    All,

    What is needed to properly install the cobb shift knob on 06 sti?

    If you had this knob, mind sharing a brief review?

    Should I also buy the Cobb reverse lockout?

    Thanks,

    Yeah it threads on real real easy. You don't need to buy the lockout lever, but you can if you want... Lol. I absolutely love mine!

    I plan to purchase it through TougeFighter. Did you do the same Western?

    I did indeed! It's a great improvement over stock. Doesn't get too hot or cold either like weighted knobs do.

    That is my dilemma right now. Do I go with the visual better looking Cobb or something that is heavier.

    I'm thinking of just getting Cobb's stage 1 package.

    It includes;

    Subaru 6-Speed Front Shifter Bushing
    Subaru Rear Shifter Bushing
    6-Speed Double Adjustable Short Throw Shifter
    6-Speed COBB Knob

    I'm also thinking about ordering one. But I'm kinda wanting a more weighted knob. I just don't feel like dropping 150+ on a custom lathewerks knob.

    I had a weighted one then I went to a Cobb. I like the Cobb more just by the feel.
