    i'm willing to join, CSS though, not the CS1.6 or whatever.

    usually using Shinigami or [WRXATL]Sinigami

    I wouldn't mind if some of us used that tag so we could tell who it was quickly.

    I play under a variety of different names. I think my current one is Macho Man Randy Savage, but my steam id is Clint Eastwood if anyone adds me. I'm crap though. Complete pub nub.

    ok so 8800GT SLI kicks serious ass. everything maxed out at 1600x1200 and i'm getting 80-180fps during gameplay. The stress test got 225FPS. NUTS!

    very nice..I get a constant 60. Not to rain on your parade or anything but counter strike source does not stress graphics cards very much anymore. You have to remember that the source engine is getting a little aged since it over 3 years old.. if you want to stress your graphics card/system download 3dmark06. http://www.futuremark.com/download/3dmark06/
    That is a more effective way to test your system. I am sure you will score pretty high since you are SLI'd. Download and run that app and let me know what you score :)

    Just ran the free demo of 3dmarks 06 and my system got 13019 with stock video speed. The cpu is overclocked from 2.66 to 2.75. system temps stayed around 31C the whole time. After a little more break-in, i'll try over clock to over 3ghz and see how much the video cards will OC.

    nice! SLI makes a huge difference in video stress tests. that is a very good score. I got 10699 with my single 640 gts. I will be going SLI soon after prices start to drop on my card
