So my bronco is at Team 1 (Allpro Subaru) getting fixed from my little (not really so little) engine fire a couple months back. I was planning on getting Slade to set up the stereo in the truck when I got it to Atlanta, but looks like I'm not gonna have it in my driveway until he's out of town (think I read somewhere that he's moving)... Should have the truck in July, and I already have the components..

    - Alpine head unit
    - Alpine 4-channel amp
    - JL Audio 10w6
    - Boston acoustics separates...

The tweeters are already mounted in the dash, but space is at a premium in the interior of the bronco and I need someone that's skilled in some custom chit to mount the separates' woofers in boxes just behind the front seats and figure out where to put the woofer along with building the box for that and installing the rest of the stuff... Basically I'm looking for someone that's done custom work and maybe works at a shop that I can get to do this project in spare time... Lemme know if anyone has any suggestions...

since Ryan may or may not have moved by then, I would hit up Ghost on here. He's a mobile installer.

And what is Ben's handle? I'm not looking for anything crazy... just want a quality install and there may be a few custom boxes (2 for the woofer seperates and one for the JL sub)

Try calling Mike @ KillShot about it. He should be able to put you in touch with Ben if he's missing his PMs.

So... Sorry to bring this thread back... But between getting my Bronco back from Allpro (running like a boss, thanks John), getting some light body work done ( should be done in a week or two max), and having a baby boy a month ago :) it seems that Ben has gotten hella busy and my patience is for shit these days...

Although Ben remains the Best option... What others are out there? Who knows a baller-assed installer that could use done extra dough and likes building shit? :)

    Ha.. "when I grow up..."

Thanks for the compliments... This Bronco was 6 years in the making, and is finally drivable again.

This is what it looked like when I bought it... About 6 years and way too much $$$ ago...

That sounds very retail and very expensive... Since this storage/stereo solution was so custom, I was hoping I could find so done that was very experienced to take on the side work and get paid for the whole job instead of hourly at a shop...

OR something like that... Make sense? That's why Ben @ Killshot was perfect to do the work... But he's just so busy coming up... And I would like to get it done relatively soon :)

    Baby? Congratulations!

If Ben is unavailable, you may be able to track down local installers on DIYMA.com.
