The United States Military have decided that subaru has done such a good job in designing the hood scoop for the wrx that they decided to try them out on their humvees. due to the constant bombings, many humvess were going down due to busted radiators. Solution, armor the front of the vehicle. Porblem... hot climate, no airflow = overheating. solution, radiator relocation. can anyone guess where they put it? TOP MOUNT! problem, vented hood doesnt get enough air to the radiator. SOLUTION, WRX STYLE HOOD SCOOP out of diamond plate steel. hood scoops are the new thing everywhere! i just saw a honda with a wrx "style" hood scoop the kid proudly proclaimed. but he didnt have vtek so i drove off after he asked when i was gunna put a body kit on
i'll go out today and try and get a pic of one. you guys are gonna laugh, i saw one one day that said WRX on it. if i see it again im gonna tag it witha wrxatl sticker and take a pic. so send a sticker. um yeah alex i'll drop you some flow for the shirt and hat when i get home for leave. Tom
