One with the cobb Ap im spikeing at around 17.5 to 18 lbs nad holding a steady 16 to 16.5. Is that normal? Also after driving for a good bit of time and some highway driving my car wont go past 8lbs its just hits 8 and stick no more no less no matter how much gas i give it. Well i reset the ECU and if fixes the problem until i drive for a few hrs and get on the interstate itll start back up any ideas on what this may be? Also has anyone had a increase in engine bay temp when upgradeing the uppipe downpipe and going with the AP cause it seems to be getting hotter then before. thanks for the help
mine at stage 2 does none of that. engine temps same, boost strong at a steady 16.5 in 4th. you should check with Cobb
Which map r u running? I'm running AP Stage 2, 93 oct and have steady boost of 17 +/- .5 Engine temps are the same as stock. Did you forget to put some heat shields back on after uppipe install?
Does the ECU pull boost as well as timing when it detects knock, or timing only? Maybe getting pre-ignition from bad gas or something?
