Dirt road/field

I have been asking the same question for the past 2 years. If you find one, let me know. The closest I have found, and it kinda sucked when I did it, was across the street from where I live. They have been bulldozing a huge lot to put in a new neighborhood. It was really small when I went out there a couple months ago, and very rough and bumpy. They are getting ready to lay down some tarmac, so I think it is alot smoother, but now they put the bulldozer at the entrance because my neighbor with his 10 inch lift on his Jeep, used to go out there all the time and tear it up.

tons of great smooth gravel fs roads in the mountains.

 

taking 985 north and heading towards helen there are a few large open construction areas. There are also a few near the MoG area but most of them are not flat and smooth. I keep looking too.

Though I did spot something near Subaru of Gwinnett. If you are heading towards boggs raod from SoG, to the left inbetween the two stop lights is a construction area with lots of flat smooth land. I dont' know how to get there though.

 

I usually cruise through all the neighborhoods that are opening up. Right before they pave the road, so its straight flat dirt with no curbs and endless fun!

 

But is that legal? If a cop were to drive past while doing that, what would happen?

If it is not illegal to go thru an area that is being developed for a neighborhood, there is a huge lot near my house that is being developed. I have though about going out there many times, but there is also a Police Station right across the street.

If it is the kind of thing that the most a cop can do is tell me to leave and give me a slap on the wrist, I will go out there tomorrow, but if I can get a ticket and fine for anything, especially distruction of property, then I won't.

 

Well I have never got a ticket or even one seen me playing around but I am sure somebody will get mad.

 

No it is very illegal... if the job site has just been graded and you go do donuts on it, it can cost the developer upwards of 10,000 dollars to fix.

It is also destruction of property, and you can get arrested for it!!

How do i know.. because my dads a developer, and i just asked him.

 

sometimes i just ask the construction people if i can and they say yes most of the time

haha..That would be pretty cool.. but all of his subdivisions have been paved already

 

Come down to macon, Ive spent many days plotting all my rally spots that will have slim to no cop trouble what so ever. Most all these roads/fields are pretty safe, wide, and are pothole free
