dp install

    anyone wanna help me with a dp install and possibly even gut my up? wanna see if i can get it done somtime within the next few weeks. dont really have any of the tools, so if anyone has any that'd be great also.

    I would suggest getting a used uppipe and gutting it before you try the install. Doing it all in one day would take way too long. The uppipe alone is a 4-6 hour event that requires a lot of work and patience. The downpipe can easily be done at the same time, since it has to be removed to do the uppipe anyways. I would help, but I wont do it without some sort of compensation. Its not worth 6 hours sweat for free.

    I have a stock upipe ready for gutting if you're interested also.

    I have an aftermarket uppipe already. I have never done the gut before, so I wouldn't be any help there. I have done the install before a few times now.

    Oh, I was mentioning that I had one to the original poster :wiggle:

    I can gut it also. Its not too difficult.

    you should be able to do the downpipe in no more than 30 minutes, its a cakewalk. The uppipe is a different story.

    or best offer, Im just unfamiliar with average rates still with the parts for these cars.
