I've searched online and can't find a direct answer for my question:

When building a Hybrid, what are the pros/ cons of using stock EJ205 heads compared to P&Ped/ chamber matched heads, i.e. performance increase to money spent? I will already be replacing the valve train (recommendations appreciated), possibly machining dependent on how they look once pulled. JE also has an EJ25/EJ20 specific piston that according to them, doesn't require the heads to be chamber matched. The build in question is going to be a daily driver.

P&P isn't really necessary as the stock heads flow decent as is. Your main concern right now is if there are cracks around the spark plugs and whether or not if you have shimmed buckets
