i am researching the 3.3L svx swap into my 98rs. i might be moving up to atl (i am in savannah now). we have no emissions here. but atl has a ton. what counts as a pass/fail? can they run 4wheels? or two?
    does the OBDII count?
    the sniffer at idle?
i did live in phoenix, az before so i understand emissions but just not atl's emissions.

    thanks for the help

There arent 4 wheel rollers for testing here.. so it'll just be a odbII test. If you do the swap and have some sort of engine management you should be fine...

Usu. you need all monitors to be complete, sometimes a car will pass with one not complete,You can get a cheap hand held scanner that will read codes and tell you if monitors are run at most auto parts stores.I bought one to keep around at Wally world for around 50-60$.
