ok, so when i got my oil change done this weekend i figured out my undercarrage squeak problem and it's my exhaust hanger. Do i need to upgrade to the Kartboy ones or just lube it up or something? And if an upgrade will solve my problems do i need the extra long version or just the regular OE replacement size? Thanks for the help guys!!!

I actually had to use an "o" clamp (also called a ring clamp) to stop the exhaust from moving around on the hangars. FYI, I have the Kartboy hangars and they didn't stop the squeaking.

Yep, it looks like a ring with a bunch of notches in it. You use a screwdriver to tighten and untighten a nut to loosen/tighten it.

Yeah, it was actually suggested by the guy that used to own Airborne motorsports. I simply pushed the exhaust as far as it would go to one side (on the hangars) and then put the clamp on. Its been on for several thousand miles and no ill effects that I am aware of.

I live downtown. It's too bumpy down here, and I cannot take my exhaust tapping the underbody anymore.

Duct tape works wonders too. Duct tape everything and the squeeks will go away. I used in between the exhaust & tow bar.
