I just got a new up and dp, and when they come in I will need some help installing them. They will be here either fri or mon. I will have free beer for any one willing to help. Just let me know. I have most the tools needed exept jack stands. If any one has access to a lift that would be great. Thanks:beer:
Define 'experience needed'. I willing to stop by and help anyway I can but my experience is watching (distracting?) and handing tools. It didn't look that difficult but then Eric is a pro at it. I did pay attention however and have fixed a couple leaks I've had since then. I'm close by in Sugar Hill so a Saturday would be good. After work during the week is iffy depending on the day I had at work.
We may need to have a DP install day. My DP should be in before this weekend and I'd like to get it installed as well. I will be picking up some ramps this week, as well as some more pb blaster. SkullWRX also needs to get his anti-lift kit done. So we should have a mod day, saturday afternoon maybe.
I did my UP/DP in my garage. I can give you some hand if i have time. you definately need flex-head wrench. It'll save you time and head ache. I can make some time on tuesday afternoon/evening.
i think amol and smjkxsnoopy are planning some installs in my parking deck on saturday... maybe we could have a BIG install party here
