That is a Subaru TSB. A rubber hose on the passenger side under the intake will leak in cold temps and goes away when the engine warms the hose and reseals it. There is an updated pipe and different length hose to go with it. The cost is around $100 dollars in parts w/ the intake gaskets. This is a good opportunity to upgrade to a fuel rail kit. The leaking hose is partially underneath the turbo inlet hose and hard to see.

Any particular model year? I don't have that problem, but would want to repair/replace the part as a precaution..

    *edit* found the info.

I have this issue, but the check engine light won't come on. I haven't looked at those links Milo posted up, but I know there's one really long one on NASIOC concerning the whole issue.

I had the problem and I fixed it using 4 clamps. I basically added the clamps to the hoses in question. Tightened them really well, and the problem hasn't come back.

FYI - if you let this go as long as I did, the fuel will start to become a steady leak. I knew it was a problem to deal with when I decided to look under the car when it was warming up in the driveway and there was a drip so bad it was almost a steady stream.
