well I have always wanted a nice gaming keyboard so I splurged and got the logitech g15. I am very impressed with it so far..very well build keyboard and oh so sexy to look at. on the fly macro programming for any game and a sweet lcd display that can be customized to display pretty much anything in or out of game.
^lol I really do like the illuminated keys though. It's been awhile since I've been a computer gamer (pretty much xbox is the only thing I play much anymore), but my problem was always compatibility. It always seemed that you get what would be the perfect gamepad or whatnot, and then it just wouldn't work the same with every game. Hopefully things have gotten better by now.
I am the exact opposite. it is very hard for me to get into console games. I have always been a PC game fan. i have tested it with city of heroes, wow, HL2, CS Source, Doom 3, FEAR, Titan Quest, NWN without any problems. it also has a nice toggle switch that deactivates the windows button on your keyboard so you dont accidently press it kicking yourself out of a game. the nice thing about the g15 is each key has an LED so every key is lit up where as the other boards I have seen only have a few lights that light up across the keyboard giving it uneven lighting.
