black to ground, red to the driving lights power
would strongly recommend to solder the wires and use heat shrink
I usually take it a step further and put a dab of gasket sealer on the bare wire before heating the heat shrink

If you need a professional installation for this product let me know. We'd be happy to help you out if you don't feel like working on it yourself.

    Best regards,

I installed Halo's back on my old Integra and they only came with 2 wires. Maybe some more info/pics of the wires your headlights have would be helpful. Can you contact the manufacturer or are these Ebay specials?

3 wires still means 2 leads and a ground.

What color are the wires? One could be constant lead, other could be for a switch (?), last is ground (black or brown).

And this is for a CCFL halo ring? Why the hell are there so many wires? Are there two rings in the housing?

Anyway, the point is you need to tap the power wires into your parking lamp power, and the ground into the parking lamp ground. If you are not sure which is which use a multimeter to figure out which wire(s) is hot when you turn on the parking lights.

If they do then we have a reason for why there are so many damn wires...at any rate wire them all to the parking so you can turn them on when the car is off.
