Just installed my helix catless downpipe!!! I love it, i can feel some pretty noticable gains as well as a much smoother torque curve. The sound is also impressive!!

I do have a question tho... How long does it usually take for the check engine light to come on?? cause i drove pretty hard for about 30 minutes and it hasnt come on. I do have the CEL fix however but i wasnt gonna bother with it unless i got a cel.

According to Porter, CEL usually comes on after around 130 miles. I drove over 1500 miles with catless up and downpipes and never threw any CELs, I then also got a catless midpipe adn was able to run another 500 miles with no cats and still didn't throw a CEL. I now have EcuTek and don't have to worry about throwing a CEL.

I've been running a catless up/downpipe for around 3 months and haven't thrown a CEL(knock on wood)... I would wait on the CEL fix until you actually get one.
