Help. Anyone have stock shocks and springs for a 04-05 (dont know if it matters) WRX Sedan. I found out that after my little off road excursion I bent my strut on the driver side front and rear. I am currently lowered running perrin springs and stock shocks (not good) causing me to only have like 2-3 inches of shock movement.

I cant aford much at the moment, paying for a wedding, so free is best, or dirt cheap.

The fronts are the same. The rears are gonna require a spacer if using 02/03 rear struts on a 04-07.

I used a bunch of washers.

just make sure the center whole is large enought to fit over the middle ridge on the 03 struts (you'll see what I mean when you look at them.)

It works but not ideal....it's ghetto and a lot of times the washers will shift and start clunking.

    Here is my major concerns.

1.Will it be ok under normal driving conditions?
2.Will it do any damage to my car (minus the shocks and springs)?
3.Will it last for about 4 months till I can replace them with aftermarket coilovers?

You should be fine but you need to use hardened Grade 10 washers. It may nick and damage the strut though.

Your spacers should be in early next week.

So I will have some stuff for my car beginning of next week. I need to find a place to work on it. I got the tools, (minus torque wrench, and possible breaker bar) but I need a place to work on it. Anyone have a lift or a nice level area with some jack-stands?
