It smells like all sorts of things. I dont really bother myself with it, almost every car has a smell to its A/C when it firrst kicks in.

mine stinks to high hell sometimes :barf: probably from all the Coke that spills into the vent from the upper cup holder. Not really sure though, thought I was alone on this issue.

take out the glove box(I think its 4-5 screws) and to the lower right hand side you will see a white plastic box that has little clips..undo the clips and there is the filter..should take you all of 5-10 minutes to get to it

mine stunk w/o the AC on because I left my indow down during arain storm.

I changed the filter and bought some BG "Friggie Fresh" from SOG. that stuff works and smells so nice

Yeah i would also suggest some fridgie fresh, that stuff is indeed the shiznit! If your gonna change the cabin filter, you should spray some fridgie fresh down into the evaporator housing while you have it out. That stuff kills mold and whatever other crap that builds up makes your a/c reek.

Im not sure how much a can of Fridgie Fresh costs, i would assume no more than 5 or 10 bucks though.
