Ok, I dont know where to put this but it is electrical ... at least I believe it is so i'll put it here...

I was driving home today from school when all the sudden i noticed my speedometer wasnt working, I am not sure how long it had been not working but i know for a fact that it was working on my way to school this morning....

I thought "damn, well I'll turn on the speedometer thing on my navigation for now and take it to SoG tomorrow. But the navi says that it isn't getting a signal for speed... neither is the turbo timer....

Now I am at a loss, they are all connected to the speed pulse wire from the ECU...

So I am left to reason that the ECU isnt sending a speed signal... what could have cause this?????

OH and both the navi and tt have been installed for about 4-5 months.

Tough one.. maybe your VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) is dead/damaged. Or it could be a wire shorting out somewhere... did you change *anything* in the past few days?

Yeah I was going to say it's the VSS. I assume you have a manual because if you didn't (and I believe this is what happens to autos) the overdrive wouldn't work leaving the car only three gears.
