Does anyone know the correct size bolt for the hood latch? I seem to be missing one, and would very much like to get my latch secured.

FYI this causes problems with the hood popping at speeds of 65+. It's no fun to be driving on the interstate and here a pop, and then see the hood bouncing...

It has been my experience that every bolt on our cars is pitch 1.25. You could visit mcmastercarr and order the bolts you need. Alternatively, you could call the dealership and order them or visit your local hardware store / home depot / lowes and ask.

They're in the drawers in lowes the pink ones to be exact. Should have m8x1.25's probly in the first or second pink drawer.

It's called Fastenal or Ace hardware, they have locations all over Atlanta and keep stock on all types of bolts and other types of fasteners. I find it a waste of time going to the big box locations
