is anyone plan on getting this or know where it'll be broadcast?
I'd like to see it. Guess I'd better start searching.

I think Hughes is gonna take this one.

I don't know who will win this one. Hughes has such good control when hes working from the mat, he's also probably stronger and faster than Gracie. Then again, Gracie is Gracie....

Most of former ufc fighters said that gracie used to win most of his fights because the rules allowed him to, head butt, hair pulling, kidney kicks etc, but once those rules were agreed upon, royce rejected all challenges in UFC and played more on pride and then decided to pull out. Cant say though, younger guys are alot better in these sports i.e. Shamrock vs. Franklin, although the fight seemed staged I had my money on shamrock. Also Couture vs. Liddell, older guys dont seem to have the edge no more.

So, did anyone other than me end up watching this??

Hughes took Gracie down and pounded him like a little girl.
Very disappointing from Gracie, but you can't argue with teh Hughes.
There were some crappy and some good pre-fights though.

I kept expecting Gracie to show Hughes some escape that noone had
ever seen before, but he ended up spread out on his stomach with Hughes
sitting on his back, tapping him in the head.

    Oh yeah, July 8th, Ortiz-vs-Shamrock 2 and Arlovsky-vs-Silvia 3.
Time to plan a g2g for it maybe??

Yeah, me and 04coorscan watched it at his house. HUGHS beat Gracie like the little brazilian wash-up that he is...almost seemed effortless. It was awesome!!! Hughs is a 225 pound beast packed into a 175 man.

Ortiz-Shamrock 2 is going to be nasty....thats about all that can be said about that.

I watched the fight up at Buffalo Wild Wings, it was $10 and included all you can eat wings. :) I was a little disappointed with the fight, but the Dean Lister fight was cool that guy is an animal.
