it is to good to be true...

i actually asked the lady about this one b4 i got my car about three weeks ago... she lives in london... her story is this... she bought the car when she lived in the US, she then had to move to london and decided to take the car with her... the thing is that 1. she doesnt like the left hand drive car in a right hand drive country... and the biggest problem... 2. it wont pass emissions where she lives now (according to her)... so if you want it then you will have to pay for all the hassle involved due to the fact that she didn't do her homework before she moved... (yeah i got mad when she told me that too) still though if you like the idea of buying a car before you ever see it and not having any chance of sending it back for a refund if it is in "less then desirable" condition then it might be worth it...

In that case I think it has to be a scam. I told a coworker about it and he says that his wife got the EXACT same story from someone about a Pathfinder. What are the odds?

Besides, if she lives in London, why does she have a 912 area code? That's Savannah, GA. And not being able to get it to pass emissions? Sounds very fishy. She'd lose more money shipping it overseas and at that price than it could take to fix emissions problems.

haha those autotrader scams are always to good to be true.

Last summer when I was looking at cars on there I got the same email from the seller of a 94 Supra TT and an 04 STI which were both advertised for extremely cheap.
