You should have reported him if he didnt have a reserve bid. Thats some bullshit if he wouldnt sell them for what the auction ended at.
i noe same thing happened to me and the guy got mad and sended me some cheap headlights i didnt report him tho he told me he had some jdm 02 wrx headlights and gave me these cheap made rally headlights they look just like the real rally car ones
