Thanks for all the compliments. I'm debating on putting water injection on my car. I have an Aquamist 2D kit sitting in my living room right now. I'm just not sure if I install it and then go back to get it re-tuned, if I will see more HP on the race gas map? Or will water injection really not be a benefit on the race gas tune? I know it will make it safer, but I'm not sure if it will give me any HP increases on my race gas map. Anyone have experience with it? I'm going to call TopSpeed tomorrow and see what they think about it. Other than the water injection, I may go to a front mount, but it's not really that important to me yet.

I love the turbo. It spools almost as fast as stock. No very noticeable lag. It never stops pulling and feels like it could go forever and never die. I launched it last night at 14psi on the street and it was just insane...I can't wait to try out the race gas map and 60 more lbs of torque...I think I'll just pass out. I'm going to Carolina Dragway this Saturday, so hopefully I'll have some 1/4 mile numbers to post up as well soon. I definitely recommend the turbo for anyone. The last time I ran at the track I had stage 3 with un-tuned utec and had high 12's, so I'm hoping this new turbo and tune will put me mid to low 12's.
Wow! Awesome numbers. I have heard of the turbo, but never known anyone to have it. Definitely a nice upgrade! Keep up the good work, and post some time slips soon.
You should skip water injection and go with methanol injection lol. That way you can have near race gas numbers on pump gas. Nice number by the way Dan
Yeah I thought of methanol, but I already have 270 riding around on the street, don't really need more than that where I'm from. Then plus when I go to the track and put in race gas, it wouldn't really help me there. Plus I'd have to do a whole new tune...da da da

thanks for the review about your turbo....there was so much b.s. going on on nasioc about momentum and the momentum guy, I'm just glad to see that there is actual evidence that the turbo is doing good things. -Brett

Right, 305 on race, 270 on pump The lip is out of the Subaru performance parts catalog, so it's just a Subaru optional lip And yeah, I don't know what all the fuss is about on Nasioc for this turbo...the turbo is specacular. TopSpeed said it outperformed all their expectations and did better than most of the VF's that come in there. I think it's just a vendor fight going on, and this awesome turbo is getting bashed because of politics, not performance. Also it comes with a 12k mile 1 year warranty, so I'm not worried about it at all. It can handle whatever is thrown at it.
looking at ur plots, i agree completely... powerband comes on pretty early and stays strong throughout... shape looks a lot like my plot... only much higher
