I'm getting my up-pipe soon already got my down-pipe(catted) looking for sum1 to install them.. someplace to do it quick and ez..[i dunno how to do it myself] any1 rec'mending????
Hey man...I will help you, I can probably get 04CoorsCan to help out to. We have done it very recently and its pretty simple actually. I think it took us 3 hours to do a UP and TBE on an 05 WRX.
yo!! you mind a tag-a-long? i have a UP also. and no install skillz. if it happens before install day, i'll be that much happier.
Ill offer my garage and we could go ahead and do mine too. Its not a huge garage but I got space and tools just let me know what weekend.
as far as i been to the last install day, it's not very pretty there.. it took 7 hours just to get sum1 to help me out, before one of my buddy (installer) came and did it all alone.. but thanks to brain for getting me started.. over all it was my coil over's install and scott @ sog knows what happened also.. i would have been dead sum1 if that screw came out.. it was poorly installed also.. over all i love hanging out'z but we need to take more cation about every thing double check and everything.. over all i'm thinking about next saturday mornings, about 10?? in wrxbacano's garage? any1 up? btw where do u live warbacano and ur name, etc.. and r u new? did u come to last install day, etc.. silverbugeye u wanna come also? how abt u ILL??
btw drinks, snacks, lunch and everything will be provided.. maybe we can again have sum chipolte.. he he i love those humongus burritos.... and let me know if any1 eles wanna come.
sorry you had a bad experence at the install day. insted of waiting so long next time find alex, milo or a mod and ask them if they know someone that can help. im sure anyone of us would be more than happy to help or find someone that can. theres alot of people up there and its hard to tell who has been taken care of and who hasnt. with the growing number of members some things get overlooked. onto double checking stuff i agree 100%. most of us are not professional installers. when a mod is done, the person doing it should ask another knoledgable member to check over it for them. im not saying your at fault. im saying thats how it should be from now on. sorry again about your experence. :hs:
:wtc: I am sorry you feel that way. With every install day it takes a little bit of dilligence on your behalf to find someone who is knowledgable in the install which you are doing, and to find someone who is able (not already working on their car). With this last install day, nearly everyone was working on their car; however, there were people floating around helping everyone out. Im surprised no one helped you, did you ask?
it's kool dude.. good thing is that the bolt's didn't come out.. or the whole suspenstion would colaspe causing a major *&^%$ god forbid.. over all i str8 went to scott @ sog, taking milo's advice of getting a pro-aligement and we found out abt the bolts.. when he pulled the car up.. anyways everything is good.. and i'm looking forward to the next install day.. btw April is very popular in my family, my mom, me, my gf, my bro, my bro's gf and a couple of friends birthdays.. wooohoo.. it will bring best of luck to all of us and all of WrxAtlanta :sx: \ \ \ \ EDIT:- Btw u guys still wanna help me install d-p and u-p? and boost gauge????? :wavey: we can meet at my place, then when we complete we all can go to any place u all choose (my treat) btw wrxbano u still up with ur garage deal ? :wiggle:
We'll see, I will be on break starting the week after next. A good chunk of the time will be spent on finalizing 3.5 though
